Pam Knight is a small business consultant, Local Certified Business Consultant and Coach to many small businesses.  Pam spent many years as a Human Resources Manager and Program Manager.  

Pam left the Corporate world and became a Small Business Consultant. She began her practice in 1990 and since has transformed her business into Client Business Services offering small business and individuals consulting, coaching and business services that would transformed the business into a thriving business of their own. Noted for her services as a Certification Specialist for Federal and State Certifications, Pam has once again taken on a new challenge.   

Pam’s has coached and mentored several business and self employed professionals to get government contracts and attracting more clients. She knows that most individuals and other independent professionals are usually very good at what they do, but often have never been taught how to attract more clients and keep them on a consistent basis. And as a result, many self-employed and small businesses don’t stay in business very long or go back to being in corporate America. So after working with many small businesses, Pam decided to put together a system that would help self-employed and small businesses get clients now.

In 2007, Pam Knight started the Business Innercircle Mastermind Program to offer educational workshops for small businesses, self-employed, individuals and professionals who were in transition who had a business and were stagnated, who had products and services but no clients, who had clients but no products or services or who just had a dream. This network would offer expert advice who could teach busineses how to start or grow new businesses through an annual series of events, courses and online social networking support.

In 2009, Business Innercircle recently announced to changing their name to The Circle of Success Mastermind Program a powerful new online resource for businesses. This an online community where people can connect, learn, network, brainstorm, develop professionally and personally, and make a remarkable difference in their communities.

Our vision: is to provide coaching, consulting and training to business and organizations for entrepreneurial skills.

Our Mission: To provide entrepreneurial businesses, self-employed, individuals and professionals a community where they can change their lives and their mindset by providing access to the best coaches, consultants and trainers.

Our Goal: The Circle of Success Mastermind Program (formerly called Business Innercircle) helps small businesses and professionals develop skills, marketing strategies, confidence through our ongoing coaching, training and mentoring programs.

Yes I was lost and did not have any creative ideas on how to run my entertainment business.
